YOU MAY CLAIM FOR FREE DIRECTLY TO THOSE YOU HOLD RESPONSIBLE, OR TO A STATUTORY COMPENSATION SCHEME OR OMBUDSMAN.

In the event that you pursue your claims until the end but they turn out to be unsuccessful, you won't owe any payment.
