In November 2021 the sale went ahead placing Heritage SIPP, The Saltus SIPP, The International Expat SIPP & Brooklands SIPP all under the remit of PSG SIPP Ltd.

Owners of PSG, Basi & Basi Financial Planning Ltd (Donre Advisory Ltd), entered administration in July 2024. To protect its customers, PSG had sanctions issued by the FCA in May 2024 stating the pension provider must not "dispose of, withdraw, transfer, deal with or diminish the value of any of its own assets, and any funds it holds" along with placing restrictions on directors. Basi & Basi also traded under the names; Brite Advisors (UK), Orion Asset Management, Onvestor DVC, Onvestor Reporting, Berkeley Square Associates & Orion Asset Management.
Immediately following the sale of Heritage to PSG, March 2022 seen joint liquidators appointed to Heritage. This was following the final decision of four upheld complaints by the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), with compensation reported to be in the region of £600k - realisation dawned that Heritage would be unable to pay the redress due and also stay solvent, in turn closing its doors. Two other complaints upheld by the FOS challenged whether Heritage initially carried out proper checks on the investments held within the SIPP's. These high-risk and unregulated investments included Harlequin Property, Green Oil Plantations Ltd, and Food Water and Energy SA and SCS Farmland.
